This week, I share about the 3rd Perfect Virtue of Buddhism - Happiness & Joy.
Ah, the pursuit of happiness. A virtue that has set the foundation for the billion dollar self-help industry as it tries to help the majority of us improve the level of happiness and contentment in our lives.
It seems as though we’re all striving for happiness, and sometimes, no matter how much we want it, it still feels hard to come by. But Like with any new habit you wish to install, it has to be practiced, even on the days where you feel blue. Happiness is something that needs to be cultivated, a word I use quite often, and to be nurtured when we do achieve some level of contentment in our lives.
