This week, I am doing something a little different. I have been reading a whole lot recently, and I often take notes on the highlights or important parts that spoke to my soul. I thought, why not share with my listeners on these musings and maybe inspire them to read the book for themselves?

Yung Pueblo is a fascinating character who really speaks to me at this stage of my healing journey, and I absolutely loved his latest book, "Lighter."
